ILS Pune announced the 3rd edition of Justice V.M. Tarkunde National Parliamentary Debate, 2015. It’s a semi open tournament. Institutional cross teams will be permitted.

Venue: ILS Law College, Pune.
Dates: 17th-19th January 2015 (Saturday to Monday).
Format: Asians 3-on-3, with an n+1 Adj rule.
Team cap: 40 teams.
Institutional cap: 4 teams
