Justice HG Ramesh appointed Actg. Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court

The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 223 of the Constitution of India appointed Shri Justice Humchadakatte Gopalaiah Ramesh, senior-most Judge of Karnataka High Court, to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from 10th October, 2017 consequent upon the retirement of Shri Justice Subhro Kamal Mukherjee, Chief Justice, Karnataka High Court.
