Proposal for appointment of Dinesh Pathak, Advocate, as Judge of the Allahabad High Court.
Having regard to all the relevant factors, and the material placed on record, the Collegium is of the considered view that Shri Dinesh Pathak is suitable for elevation to the High Court.
Therefore, collegium comprising of Ranjan Gogoi, CJ and S.A. Bobde and N.V. Ramana, JJ. recommended that Dinesh Pathak, Advocate be appointed as a Judge of the Allahabad High Court.
