In view of the threat of Coronavirus /COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission has already adjourned the matters listed for hearing until 31-03-2020.
Considering various constraints being faced, following shall remain suspended until 31-03-2020:
- All filings in relation to Sections 3 &4 of Competition Act
- Notifications in relation to combination under Sections 6 & 20 of the Act
- Other filings, submissions and proceedings under the Act and regulations made thereunder, including those before Director-General,
- Pre filing consultations
