- Only imminently urgent cases will be heard in the High Court during lockdown period.
- Advocates/Parties-in-person shall inform the Registrar about the imminently urgent cases to be filed/taken up.
- Registrar shall take consent of Chief Justice in respect of imminently urgent cases.
- Chief Justice may constitute the Bench which would hear the imminently urgent cases and fix the date of hearing .
