Preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID 19
Court Work in the NCLAT shall remain suspended till 03-05-2020 in view of the extension of the nationwide lockdown to contain the outbreak of COVID 19.
“Having regard to the Ministry of Home Affairs Order No.40-3/2020-DM-I(A) (Guidelines) dated 15th April, 2020 and as ordered by the Hon’ble Acting Chairperson, the Court work in the NCLAT shall remain suspended till 3 rd May, 2020. However, the urgent cases/matters may be taken up as per directions issued earlier.”
