Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court Constitutes ‘National Law University, Advisory Committee’ to look after the matters of HPNLU

The Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court has constituted ‘National Law University, Advisory Committee’ to look after the matters pertaining to Himachal Pradesh National Law University.

This committee will comprise the following two Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court: –

1. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan
2. Hon’ble Smt. Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua

The Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court shall be the ex-officio Chairman of the Committee.

Importantly, all recommendations made by the Committee shall have to be placed before the Chief Justice of the High Court before any follow-up action.
