COVID-19| Maharashtra Government issues new new directions under ‘Break the chain’ initiative which will be effective from April 22, 2021 till May 01, 2021.
Office Attendees:
- All Govt offices to operate only with 15% attendance except for emergency services directly connected to management of COVID-19 pandemic.
Marriage Ceremonies:
- Marriage ceremony may be conducted only as a single event in a single hall not exceeding beyond 2 hours and not more than 25 people.
Private Passenger Transport
- Private Passenger Transport excluding buses can ply only for emergency or essential services or for valid reasons with driver plus 50% of seating capacity.
Public Passenger Transport
- Only the following people can be allowed to use metro, local trains or mono rail services :
(i) All Government personnel
(ii) All Medical Personnel
(iii) Any person needing medical treatment or specially abled person.
