Hidayatullah National Law University commemorates World IP Day on 26th April, 2021 with a webinar on ” Emerging IP Landscape of India-China ” from 6.30 PM IST (8AM CST US) with Prof. Vivekanandan, Vice Chancellor, HNLU giving the Opening Remarks and Key Note being delivered by Prof. Bobby Ahdieh, Dean of Law Texas, A&M. The invited speakers for the webinar are Prof. Peter Yu from Texas A&M School of Law who deliver his talk on “China’s Innovative Turn and the Changing Intellectual Property Landscape” and Prof. Srividhya Ragavan, Professor of Law & Director of India Program Texas A&M School of Law who will talk on “The Public Health Country-club & India’s attempt to alter the Intellectual Property Landscape.”
The event will be anchored by Ms. Debmita Mondal and hosted by Mr. Jeevan Sagar, both Assistant Professor , Hidayatullah National Law University.
