Elevation of 4 Advocates as Judges of Delhi HC: SC Collegium reiterates its earlier recommendation

Supreme Court Collegium has, on reconsideration, resolved to reiterate its earlier recommendation for the elevation of following four Advocates as Judges in Delhi High Court:

1. Ms. Tara Vitasta Ganju,

2. Shri Anish Dayal,

3. Shri Amit Sharma, and

4. Ms. Mini Pushkarna
