ABOUT MAHARASHTRA NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY MUMBAI
Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai has been established under the Maharashtra Act No. VI of 2014 on 20th March 2014. The Act envisages to establish and incorporate National Law Universities in the State for the development and advancement of legal education and for the purposes of imparting specialized and systematic instruction, training and research in systems of law and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The object of the university is to advance and disseminate learning and knowledge of law and legal processes. As its role in national development MNLU Mumbai strives to develop in the students and research scholars a sense of responsibility and zeal to serve the society in the field of law. Emphasis is laid on developing skills with regard to advocacy, training in legal services, exercises in legislation- drafting, research in law reforms and the like. This is meted out by regularly organizing lectures, seminars, symposia, workshops, competitions and conferences regularly. University also provides conducive environment for participating in Inter-University Competitions.
With the objective to serve for social development, MNLU Mumbai runs 5 Year Integrated B.A.LL.B. (H) Program, One Year (Post Graduate) LL.M. Program in Corporate and Commercial Laws, Constitutional & Administrative Laws & Criminal & Security Law and Ph.D. programme along with other Centers of studies working for research in applied law fields. In furtherance to achieving the objective of research, MNLU Mumbai is organizing this Conference on “Global Aviation and Space Disputes Conference” on 4 February, 2023.
ABOUT CENTRE FOR ARBITRATION AND RESEARCH [CAR]
MNLU Mumbai's Centre for Arbitration and Research seeks to serve as a think-tank to generate awareness about arbitration law in theory and in practice and also carry out high quality research in the field to assist policy-formulation by the Government. The Centre also intends to serve as a platform for imparting professional training to the stakeholders in the field of arbitration and cater to all areas of arbitration especially the niche areas. The Centre's objective is to create a culture of arbitration by training the young-breed of lawyers and law students through workshops, conferences, symposiums, etc and to carry out extensive research in arbitration law inter alia in specialized fields of Sports Arbitration, Construction Arbitration, Maritime Arbitration, and IP Arbitration by imparting quality training to industry professionals with the help of renowned experts to help improve the level and quality of arbitration services at every step.
ABOUT CENTRE FOR TRAINING AND RESEARCH IN COMMERCIAL REGULATIONS [CTRCR]
The Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations was established with the view to encourage and promote discussion, training and research in areas of Commercial Laws and allied areas. The primary objective of the Centre is to provide an environment of debate, discussion, research and training in Corporate Law and the areas intertwined with it by bringing together academicians, professionals, legal experts, economists, regulators, judges and students. Our aim is to discuss, debate & spread awareness about contemporary changes & challenges faced by different business in Indian & International Market and to be able to generate literary academia where people from various forums can come together to exhibit their knowledge and expertise and serve as platform for people from all diverse fields to share their nuances about commercial and regulatory compliance mechanisms and the nitty-gritties associated with them in the legal sphere.

Acceptance of papers:
Only high-quality abstracts will be accepted for presentation. Each presentation will be of 10 minutes. The presentation must include: topic, research questions, methods, utility and contribution of research and tentative findings or suggestions.
