ABOUT THE ORGANISERS:
RMLNLU: Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow was established in 2005 by the State Legislature of Uttar Pradesh and came into existence in 2006 with the objective to encourage and disseminate legal knowledge.

ABOUT THE MOOT:
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University is extremely proud and excited to announce the inaugural edition of its flagship arbitration moot, i.e. RMLNLU–Kochhar & Co. Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2023. This moot is being organised in association with Kochhar & Co. as the Title Sponsor. As a part of the competition, the registered teams shall be required to submit their memorials. Subsequently, top 32 teams qualifying the memorial knockout rounds shall appear for the oral rounds to be conducted at the University campus from 24th-26th March, 2023. Apart from the incredible cash prizes, the top performers in the competition shall also be awarded internships with distinguished luminaries in the arbitration field.
TEAM COMPOSITION AND ELIGIBILITY:

Students pursuing the three or five-year courses of the L.L.B. degree or its equivalent in the academic year 2022 – 2023 from any recognized law school/college/university in India/abroad are eligible to participate.

Any recognised law school/college/university shall be entitled to send only 1 (one) team to the Competition.

The participating team shall comprise a minimum of two and a maximum of three members. In a team of two members, both the members shall be designated as Speakers. In a team of three members, two members shall be designated as Speakers and the third member of the team shall be designated as a Researcher.

No additional member or team coach is allowed to accompany the team.

Institutions must complete their registration by sending an e-mail to rmlmootcourt@gmail.com, latest by February 28, 2023 (23:59 hrs. IST). The e-mail should include a scanned copy of the duly filled registration form.
