MoU signed between India and USA for co-operation in the establishment of PACESetter Fund

On 30.06.2015, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between India and USA for co-operation in the establishment of PACESetter Fund- a fund to support the Promoting Energy Access through Clean Energy (PEACE) track of the U.S.-India Partnership to Advance Clean Energy (PACE)- a flagship initiative on Clean Energy that combines the resources of several U.S. agencies and GOI Ministries. The agreement also facilitates co-operation through technical and commercial innovation and the advancement of clean energy in off-grid space.
