On the request from various stakeholders seeking more time for submission of suggestions and comments on issues arising from the implementation of the Companies Act, 2013, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs extended the date for inviting suggestions and comments from stakeholders from 21.07.2015 to 31.07.2015. The suggestions and comments are invited through the online portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs www.mca.gov.in.
