Meghalaya Governor Shri V. Shanmuganathan appointed to discharge the duties of the Governor of Manipur

On 28.09.2015, the President of India appointed Shri V. Shanmuganathan, Governor of Meghalaya, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Manipur. The Governor shall discharge the said duties in addition to his own duties consequent upon the demise of Dr. Syed Ahmed, Governor of Manipur until regular arrangements are made.
