Conference being organised at appropriate time. Country needs to come out of legal system still showing vestiges of feudal India. Number of false countercases being taken up by courts very expeditiously & real culprits getting shielded by police & some tout advocates in connivance with corrupt judges needs to be rectified by increasing use of sec 245 CrPC. More transparency is required in adjudication process with judges of high integrity.
