National Law University Delhi is organizing its first joint Cultural and Sports Fest ‘Kairos-Zafir’ from 3rd-6th March 2016. This year would mark the third edition of the University’s flagship cultural fest ‘Kairos’ along with the first edition of University’s sports fest ‘Zafir’. The latter will be held at 3 different venues which include the state of the art Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, the Talkatora stadium and the premises of National Law University Delhi itself. The sporting events at Zafir include Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Carrom, Chess, Cricket, Football, Swimming, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Throwball and Volleyball. ‘Kairos’ will have a plethora of cultural events including Act V Scene 1, Slam Poetry, Art Crime, Sway, Thunder, Dhwani, Boombox, Mad Ads, One Night Band Stand, Suit Up, etc. The events would be followed by Pro Nights witnessing performances from Faridkot, The Urban Earlymen and Raghu Dixit Project. The Sports-Cultural extravaganza promises to bring a great ambience of festivity within the campus providing all the participating students a wonderful opportunity to showcase their creative talents through engagement in a number of sporting and cultural activities.
