The Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 6 read with Section 7 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 (19 of 2010) appointed Dr. Nagin Nanda, former Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Government of Himachal Pradesh as the Expert Member of the National Green Tribunal with effect from 1st March, 2017 for a period of five years or till he attains the age of sixty five years or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.
