The School of Law, Christ University is organising its Decennial Celebrations from 11th to 17th September, 2017. As a part of the celebrations, the Committee for Public Policy and Governance is organising a National Legislation Drafting Competition 2017 on September 15, 2017, for which the participants are expected to draft a bill on the topic “Prison Reforms”. The final panel discussion shall be conducted on the basis of six chosen drafts from among the submissions.
About Public Policy And Governance Committee: The Committee for Public Policy and Governance of School of Law, Christ University strives to promote a keen interest in research by involving the student body of SLCU in research projects to assist various government bodies and research organisations in making effective policy decisions. The Committee organises events, workshops, lectures, etc. related to public policy, to foster academic discussion and research.
The final date for electronic submission of the Registration Form is 31st July, 2017.
Final date for payment of the Registration Fee is 31st July, 2017.
Last date for submission of the Legislative Draft is 20th August, 2017.
