The Training and Placement Cell in association with International Cell, Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA has organised ‘Teaching Sessions on Company and Securities Law in New Zealand and Australia’ from August 23 – 28, 2018.
Company Laws in New Zealand was originally based on English Model but the year 2018 marked the 25th Anniversary of the enactment of a package of company and securities law reform legislation unprecedented in New Zealand’s commercial law history. This reform was described as ‘most radical’ reappraisal of this branch of law that has been put forward anywhere in the Commonwealth.
