UPES School of Law organised its first edition of “Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2018″ in association with its esteemed joint organizer Surana & Surana International Attorneys, Chennai. The competition was scheduled from September 28, 2018, to September 30, 2018.
New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth University team comprising of Akansha Singh, Laveena Dave, Rishabh Shukla participated and successfully secured 1st prize. The team also bagged the Best Memorial Award. Mr. Rishab Shukla was also adjudged as Best Researcher. Ms. Laveena Dave was also adjudged as Best Speaker of the Final Rounds.
