The team comprising of Karan Khetani (V year), Derlene Joshna (IV year) and Priya Venkatesan (IV year) were adjudged as the Runners-up in the 35th BCI All India Inter University Moot Court Competition, 2019, hosted by ICFAI, Dehradun.
The team won a host of citations which include:
- Best Advocate Speaker (Male): Award: Karan Khetani
- Best Speaker for Semi Finals Award: Karan Khetani
- BCI Scholarship Award: Karan Khetani
- Best Memorial Award for Final Problem
- Best Memorial Award for Semi Final Problem
- Best Memorial Overall Award
- Best Researcher Award: Priya Venkatesan
This is the first time TNNLU has taken part in this prestigious moot court competition.
The competition witnessed a participation of close to around 30 teams.
