Proposal for appointment of following three Additional Judges of the Kerala High Court, as Permanent Judges of that High Court:
1. Justice Ashok Menon,
2. Justice Annie John, and
3. Justice R. Narayan Pisharadi
Collegium comprising of Ranjan Gogoi, CJ and S.A. Bobde and N.V. Ramana, JJ. carefully scrutinized the material placed on record. Having regard to all relevant factors including the observations made by the Department of Justice in the file, the Collegium is of the view that
(1) Justice Ashok Menon
(2) Justice Annie John, and
(3) Justice R. Narayan Pisharadi, Additional Judges, are suitable for being appointed as Permanent Judges.
