The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (‘IJAL’) regularly publishes contributions from experienced practitioners whilst giving due importance to theoretical work of academicians at the same time.
ABOUT IJAL
IJAL is a bi-annual, open-access journal published by the Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL). It is widely recognized as the leading Indian dispute resolution journal and an excellent source of reference in international arbitration. IJAL’s Board of Advisers include the most preeminent authorities in international arbitration, including Mr. Alexis Mourre, Prof. Emmanuel Gaillard, Justice (retd.) Fali S. Nariman, Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler, Mr. Gary B. Born, Prof. Martin Hunter, Prof. Loukas Mistelis and Prof. W. Michael Reisman. It is one of the fifteen (15) arbitration journals in the world that are currently indexed on Kluwer Arbitration.

MODE OF SUBMISSION
- The manuscripts for Vol. 9, Issue 1 (that will be published tentatively in July 2020) may be submitted via email to editors@ijal.in latest by Mar. 31, 2020.
- We accept manuscripts year-round, and any manuscript submitted after the aforesaid deadline will be considered for publication in the next issue i.e. Vol. 9, Issue 2.
CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES
- Each issue contains (i) articles, which analyse topics of permanent interest from major national jurisdictions as well as contemporary international issues, (ii) notes, which cover topical recent developments and on-going debates in the field and (iii) book reviews.
