Centre for Public Law, ILS Law College is happy to present to you, Volume XI of the Public Law Bulletin. We dedicate this volume to our beloved and revered Principal Ms Vaijaynti Joshi, who is set to retire on 31st January 2020. We thank her for her continued support, encouragement and for giving us this extraordinary platform which led to the genesis of this bulletin.
