As reported by ANI, A Petition has been filed in the Court seeking the appointment of technical members of the National Company Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
With regard to the above, Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Centre.
The matter has been listed for 01-05-2020.
Petitioner also mentioned that the challenges to the legality of permitting the appointment of persons without judicial exposure and grounding in law were decided by the Court.
