CCI | Measures in view of threat of Corona Virus/COVID-19 Pandemic

In view of the threat of Coronavirus /COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission has already adjourned the matters listed for hearing until 31-03-2020.

Considering various constraints being faced,  following shall remain suspended until 31-03-2020:

• All filings in relation to Sections 3 &4 of Competition Act
• Notifications in relation to combination under Sections 6 & 20 of the Act
• Other filings, submissions and proceedings under the Act and regulations made thereunder, including those before Director-General,
• Pre filing consultations
