President, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 4(1) of the Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003 appoints Shri Sanjay Kothari as Central Vigilance Commissioner in Central Vigilance Commission, with effect from the forenoon of 25th day of April, 2020.
