Indian Law Society’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA), Pune is providing an “Online Certificate Program in Domestic Arbitration:  Practice and Procedures”.
This program aims to provide an outline as to how an arbitration proceeding is conducted and to aid a clear understanding of the law(s) governing domestic arbitration in India.  It also aims at making the participants aware of the recent developments in the arbitration law and helps them cope with the changes thus effectuated. The program has been designed for students as well as working professionals – not merely restricted to the field of law – to enhance their knowledge of the process and intricacies of domestic arbitration in India.

Dates: 20th November 2020 to 6th December 2020 (Nine days)

Fee: Rs.15,000/-+ Rs.2,700 (GST)= Rs. 17,700/-

Program Structure Online live class – 9 modules
20 Hours of learning; two hours per session
Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Between 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
