The President in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 123(1) of the Constitution promulgates Indian Medicine Council (Amendment)Ordinance, 2021.
The amendment Ordinance modifies Section 3A dealing with Power of Central Government to supersede Central Council and constitute Board of Governors. It modifies the period of one year to two years within which the Central Council shall be reconstituted from the date of supersession of the Central Council.
