The Government has issued an Office Memorandum dated June 8, 2021 for fixing the prices of vaccines for Covid-19. The following price caps have been issued in view of the Revised Guidelines for implementation of National Covid Vaccination Program issued on June 8, 2021 wherein it was declared that the vaccine manufacturer shall prescribe the price of the vaccines and the private hospitals may only charge upto a maximum of Rs. 150 as service charges. Based on this, the said Office Memorandum has fixed the maximum charges for vaccines in the following manner:
