The President makes Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Sixty-Third Amendment Rules, 2021 further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961.
The amendment inserts ‘Administration of the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021 and related matters’ as Entry 32 in the Second Schedule of Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961 under the heading
“MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “E. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES (VITTIYA SEWAYEN VIBHAG)”.
