The Madhya Pradesh Government has introduced a Bill, Madhya Pradesh Sanshodhan Adhiniyamon Ka (Nirsan) Vidhyeyak, 2021 through gazette notification dated August 12, 2021 to repeal 777 amending acts to different statutes which have become obsolete and redundant. The Law Commission of MP had recommended the repeal of 777 acts in its Fifth and Sixth report. The Repealing Act shall have no repercussions on Principal Acts or other amendments.
