About Delos
Delos Dispute Resolution is an innovative, award-winning arbitral institution, headquartered in Paris. It was established in 2014 to respond to the needs of businesses globally for time and cost efficiency in the resolution of disputes through arbitration. It is advised by senior members of the international arbitration community (see here).
GAP (Guide to Arbitration Places); ROAP (Remote Oral Advocacy Programme); and TECH x IA are some of Delos’ initiatives that have garnered global participation and praise.
Delos India Launch Event
Delos is proud to announce that it will be holding an India Launch Event online on Thursday 21 October 2021, from 2PM-6PM, with thanks to the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA), the Indian Arbitration Forum (IAF), the Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU), and SCCOnLine and EBC (Media Partners) for their support of this event.
Co-convened by Hafez Virjee (President, Delos Dispute Resolution) and Rahul Donde (Counsel, Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, Geneva), the event will include a panel discussion on the nuances of drafting arbitration agreements, a fireside chat on the in-house counsel perspective in the conduct of arbitrations and an Oxford-style debate on the merits of institutional arbitration for the Indian market.
This will also be interspaced by networking sessions where attendees will have the opportunity to network with leading practitioners and in-house counsel in the field of arbitration.
