The Bureau of Energy Efficiency has notified the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Amendment Regulations, 2021 to further amend the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Regulations, 2010 vide notification dated 27th October 2021.
The Amendment has inserted regulation 2A providing that the Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Regulations, 2010 shall not apply to an electricity distribution company specified as a designated consumer to which the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals for Conduct of Energy Audit in Electricity Distribution Companies) Regulations, 2021 applies.pib
