The Employees State Insurance Corporation has issued relaxation in the time limit for filing and depositing ESI contribution due to system breakdown in IT system. The ESIC has decided to extend the timeline up to 30th November for filing ESI contribution and 15th December 2021 for filing return of contribution.
The ESI contribution for the month of October, 2021 can be settled up to November 30, 2021 instead of November 15, 2021 and Return of Contribution for the period April 2021 to September-2021 may be filed up to December 15, 2021 instead of November 11, 2021.
