The Central Government hereby makes National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2021. It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
In the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development Act, 2021, in section 15, in sub–section (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:
“Provided that, the first Nomination and Remuneration Committee shall consist of the Chairperson and the directors nominated by the Central Government under clause (d) of sub–section (1) of section 6.
