The School of Law GD Goenka University is organising 2nd International Conference on Law and Technology, which deals with the themes related to the contemporary legal issues in this challenging time with a special focus on the “Regulation of Emerging Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in a Globalized Legal Regime: Challenges & Opportunities”. The conference will be organized in Blended/Hybrid mode. If there are any changes, participants would be advised accordingly. The conference provides an opportunity to various stakeholders, like legal practitioners, academicians, activists, members of the civil society and policymakers to deliberate and discuss strategies to re-examine the underlying contemporary legal issues.
Research papers received for inclusion in the conference proceedings shall be subject to the approval of Editorial Committee. All the participants are expected to submit their original, unpublished research work. All research papers shall also be subject to scrutiny of an anti-plagiarism software. Selected research articles containing original, critical, substantive, thorough, and in-depth research work, as adjudge by the Editorial Committee, will be selected for publication in Scopus Indexed Journal/Edited Book with ISBN Number. Special Certificates and other incentives will be provided to the three best research papers.
