  • Please also give some opportunity to Legal Stakeholders and General Public to send Suggestions to help Improve SUPREME COURT EFFICIENCY, EFFICACY, AS SOURCE OF ULTIMATE ASSURANCE AND NOTIONALLY GUARANTEED JUSTICE, ASSISTANCE , TRUE SUPREMACY IN THE MATTER OF FINAL JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION with fast track routes for consideration on urgent and NEED OF THE HOUR matters in VIEW OF THE FAST DRYING AND DETERIORATING SOURCES OF HOPE IN POLITICAL AND EXECUTIVE WINGS AND MALFUNCTIONING ALL AROUND. NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION PREVAILS AND GOVERNS THE NATION NOW AS ONE CAN SEE AND EXPERIENCE . IF ALL THOSE WHO SUFFER IN EVERY FIELD AND WAY OF LIFE START FILING COMPLAINTS, THERE WILL BE FLOODS OF COMPLAINTS RUNNING INTO LAKHS AND CRORES. BUT NOT EVEN 1% FILE COMPLAINTS. SO, THE SYSTEMS SHOULD REGULARLY BE STREAMLINED AND MADE MOST POSSIBLY EFFICIENT. I HAVE SENT PETITIONS TWICE LAST YEAR TO SUPREME COURT POINTING OUT HOW MY SINGLE CASE, DRAT 302/2019 Ex SA 205/2016, RAREST OF THE RARE, WHICH I AM BATTLING AT 70 yrs AGE FOR NOT AN IOTA OF FAULT ON MY PART , INVOLVES VISIBLE AND CONSPICUOUS, CONSTRUCTIVE CORRUPTION, FRAUDULENT MORTGAGE, LEGISLATIVE LACUNAE ( SARFAESI ACT ), BLACK MONEY LAUNDERING, BLIND MISJUDGEMENT BY DRT, VISAKHAPATNAM, CRIMINAL MISDEEDS BY BANK OFFICIALS, REGISTRATION LOOPHOLES, ETC. BUT I DID NOT EVEN GET ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT LEAVE ALONE ANY ACTION. MY APPEALS TO CVC, CBI, IT, EVEN PMO ETC. PROVED FUTILE. REJUVENATE THE DYING JUSTICE. ONLY SUPREME COURT CAN DO IT AS DIVINE HELP.
