On 20-1-2023, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs notified the Companies (Miscellaneous) Amendment Rules, 2023 to amend the Companies (Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014. The provisions came into effect on 23-1-2023.
Through this amendment Forms MSC-1, MSC-3 and MSC-4 has been revised.
