The Moot Court Society, NLSIU organizes the NLS- Trilegal International Arbitration Conference along with its flagship moot competition. The conference gives a unique opportunity to students, researchers, arbitration professionals, lawyers and corporate firms to engage on contemporary issues impacting international arbitration in the ever-evolving legal and economic environment. Moreover, the participants get the opportunity to engage with arbitration experts, academics and professionals on these important themes.

4th edition of NLSTIAC

This year NLSTIAC is scheduled on 18th May and will happen in the National Law School of India, Bangalore. The conference will consist of two panels: first, on the law of arbitration agreements and second, challenging the arbitral awards on the basis of the arbitral tribunal’s treatment of evidence. The speakers for the event include a host of luminaries in the field, including Steven Finizo, Friedrich Rosenfeld, Tine Abraham and others.
